"I MADE A BOOK ALL BY MYSELF" CRAFT PROJECT.
Make a blank book following the instructions below and allow the children to choose which pocket scriptures they would like to tape or glue into it, OR
CLICK HERE and use our preprinted colorable pages.
The preprinted pages take a little extra time and a paper cutter but we like them because the kids can take them home, color ONE A DAY, and get a small reward when they bring the book back. This little book is a good start to making the bible a part of DAILY life.

Children seem to love this project. Cut four pieces of copy paper and one sheet of construction paper in half. Lay four half sheets on top of each half sheet of construction paper and fold all five sheets into a little book. Staple in the middle and pass out a booklet to each child...or have them make their own. On the cover write "My little book of scriptures" and let the children sign their names. Allow them to choose scriptures on their favorite topic and cut out two or three scriptures for each page. Tape them in place...or if you have a place for them to dry glue them.

MATERIALS All you need are four sheets of typing paper and one sheet of construction paper for each two children, a regular office stapler and a black magic marker. The kids can color the pages (before adding pocket scriptures) if they like.
All of our pages are free but they can be a little slow. To maintain quality we are forced to use pdf files which do take a minute or two each to download.
